Love looks good on Jennifer Aniston. Known for guarding her privacy, the actress is quietly stepping into a new chapter and is happy. Aniston has a new man in her life â and sources say it’s going well. The “Friends” alum, 56, is dating Jim Curtis, an author and life coach who specializes in hypnotherapy, multiple insiders confirm to People.
“[They are] casually dating and having fun,” one insider shared. “They’ve been seeing each other for a few months now. They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends.”

This comes two days after US Weekly confirmed: “They’ve been hanging out a lot, but very much on the DL at her home in L.A.,” the source shares. “It’s very Zen, and she has always been very much into that. They’re a good match.”
Who Is Jim Curtis?
Jim Curtis is best known as a co-author of the wellness book Shift and a speaker in the mental health and coaching space. He describes himself on Instagram as someone whose mission is to help people “heal and thrive by upgrading your ‘I AM.’”
His background appears to align with Aniston’s longtime interest in personal growth and holistic wellness. “He’s very different from anyone she’s dated before,” the insider told People.
Aniston was reportedly already familiar with Curtis’s work before they met. “Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work. She’s really into self-help and wellness,” the source added.
A Soft Launch Romance
Aniston and Curtis were recently photographed enjoying time together on a yacht in Mallorca with friends, including Jason Bateman and Amanda Anka.
In one photo obtained by Daily Mail, Curtis appeared to rub Aniston’s shoulders. In another, they were spotted embracing â and possibly sharing a kiss. Although they haven’t officially confirmed their romance, the two follow each other on Instagram, and fans noticed Curtis’ book featured in a May photo carousel Aniston shared on social media.
Jennifer Aniston Finds Joy & Balance in Budding Relationship

While Aniston has remained private about her love life since her split from Justin Theroux in 2018, those close to her say this connection feels healthy and natural.
“She’s been happy on her own, but she’s also open to sharing her life with someone, as long as it feels right,” the insider explained. According to a report published in People on July 13, “Jen’s in a very good place right now. She’s grounded, fulfilled, and very happy.”
Aniston’s Work-Life Balance Is Still a Work in Progress
Aniston admitted that juggling career and self-care remains a challenge. “This was a really intensive few years of work,” she told People in June. “I’m a bit of a workaholic, so I’m forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work.”
Despite prioritizing downtime, Aniston has a packed slate. She’s producing a 9 to 5 reboot with Diablo Cody. As per Variety, she is also developing a TV adaptation of Jennette McCurdy’s memoir, “I’m Glad My Mom Died”.

She’ll also return to screens on September 17 when “The Morning Show” premieres its fourth season on Apple TV+.
