The mysterious change led fans to assume the couple was planning to sell their house, which further fueled divorce rumors. Apparently, they are planning to sell off the home.</p>

According to the insider, the couple is looking to sell the property for $65 million, just around 4 million more than they paid. While that might seem like a tidy profit, they will likely lose money in the long run. TMZ points out that once the couple factors in taxes, commissions, and the renovations they completed on the property, they’ll likely lose millions on the home if it even sells anytime soon. They are apparently OK with that. </p>
<p id=”par-4_76″>Arana is a principal with The Agency, the real estate brokerage that <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/lisa-vanderpump-claims-she-saw-the-downfall-of-kyle-richards-marriage-coming-alludes-to-cheating.html/”>Mauricio Umansky</a> founded in 2011. Umansky, who famously appeared on <em>The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills</em>, founded the firm in 2011. The company specializes in high-end properties and clientele. Arana recently took to Instagram to share one of his new listings, a sprawling mansion with an asking price of over $33 million. Lopez and Affleck’s property listing has not yet been publicized by Arana.</p>
