In recent years, Jinger has turned her attention to content creation and writing. She is now planning to release a new book.<em> People Pleaser: Breaking Free from the Burden of Imaginary Expectations </em>is an upcoming nonfiction offering from the former reality TV star. The book is being billed as a “guide” to people looking to break free from their “people-pleasing tendencies” and identify their “true selves.”</p>

It’s unclear if this offering will give fans what they are looking for, but based on the description, the Duggar family’s secrets are unlikely to make it into the book. The upcoming project is being billed as a self-help guide.</p>

<p id=”par-4_52″>Jinger Duggar Vuolo’s upcoming book is not her first nonfiction offering. The mother of two has released multiple books in the past. Years before she married and moved to California, she co-authored a book with her sisters, Jana Duggar, Jessa Seewald, and Jill Duggar Dillard. <em>Growing Up Duggar</em> was published in 2014.</p>

Jinger also authored a children’s book with Jeremy.</p>
