Kevin Jonas has revealed he was diagnosed with skin cancer and has had treatment to remove it.
The Jonas Brother, 36, took to social media to share a video of him before and after surgery as he got a mole removed from his hairline.
Sharing a video of his tiny skin blemish, which turned out to be cancerous, Kevin told his followers: ‘Today I am getting a basal-cell carcinoma removed from my head.
‘Yes, that is an actual little skin cancer guy that has started to grow, and now I have to get surgery to remove it. So here we go.’
Then, sharing a video from after the surgery, Kevin showed his plastered up wound and shared a warning with his 4.9million followers.
‘Alright, I’m all done. Now it’s time to heal. Heading home. Make sure to get those moles checked people,’ he said.

Fans took to the comments section of the video expressing their concern, as Geovanna Alves wrote: ‘You just scared us a bunch!!! Happy to know you’re recovering, I love you so much and wish you a lot of health!’
heylisax wrote: ‘Oh Kevin, sending lots of love your way. So glad you were able to catch it so soon. Hope you recover fast.’
Another fan heyleyx3jb said: ‘Glad it was nothing major and wishing you a speedy recovery!
‘But this is just another example that everything happens for a reason, if the tour wasn’t postponed you might’ve not noticed it in a reasonable time frame.’

What is non-melanoma skin cancer?
The main types are basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
It can be easily treated
The main cause is from UV rays, either from the sun or sunbeds
The main symptom of non-melanoma skin cancer is a growth or unusual patch on the skin.
Any part of your skin can be affected, but it’s most common in areas exposed to the sun, such as the:
head, face and ears
neck and shoulders
back
hands
lower legs
The growths or patches can vary in colour, size and texture.
Alongside his brothers Joe, 34, and Nick, 31, Kevin was due to tour Europe in May and June, but announced this leg of their Five Albums One Night tour was to be postponed just a month before kick off.
Fans were fuming at the news, as many had booked travel and accommodation, even if the Only Human hitmakers told fans their tickets would be valid on new dates in October.
‘We have shifted the European dates to later this year, but that is only because we have some exciting projects that we’re very excited to share with you at a later point,’ Nick shared.

He continued: ‘European fans, we love you, we can’t wait to see you, it’s been long overdue. And we are so excited to play these shows later this year, in the fall.’
Across social media the band was criticised by their loyal followers, as Samariya Mileth vented: ‘Honestly… what the F is wrong with the Jonas Brothers management?
‘At this point, they’ll have 0 fans left outside US. They just postpone shows like it’s a walk in the park, it happened in Mexico (more than once) and now happened in Europe. So disrespectful and disappointing.’
The change of dates moves gigs from May and June — competing with Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour — to September and October, when schools go back.
On X, Isabel Sofie added: ‘Jonas Brothers rescheduling their tour without a decent apology is just so so disrespectful. Yes life happens, but so does the life of the fans who have planned everything around these dates.’
