Julia Bradbury has shared a naked shower video in celebration of her latest book becoming a Sunday Times bestseller.
The author and TV personality, 55, found a rather unique way to celebrate her success with a rather cheeky post on Instagram.
The video apparently showed the moment Julia learned that her new book, Hack Yourself Healthy, had gone to number one.
The video showed Julia washing the suds out of her hair, as her daughter walked into the bathroom and could be heard from behind the camera saying: ‘Mum, I’m filming.’
Seeming perplexed, Julia replied: ‘Ok, why?’
To which her daughter replied: ‘You’re number one bestseller!’
The Countryfile star then jumped up and down and looked delighted by the exciting news as she covered herself up for modesty.

The video was captioned: ‘This is what a mini life-changing moment looks like. 👀 OMG ‼️‼️ No.1 !!!! I can’t believe, in it’s week of release Hack Yourself Healthy has made it to Number One in the Sunday Times Best Seller’s list. 💫
‘This is a big deal for me and my family and I’m so so grateful.’
She then thanked her publishers and her family and friends ‘for putting up with me for two years.’
She also thanked her loyal fans: ‘And a HUGE thank you to YOU, the readers. It’s just brilliant that a book about health has reached so many of you, and I know from all of your messages that you’re making changes and getting an incy bit of inspiration. Let’s keep Hacking Ourselves Healthy 🌿’

Hack Yourself Healthy is Julia’s seventh book, after releasing her first book, Julia Bradbury’s Railway Walks, in 2010.
Many of her books focus on the benefits of walking, and some of the best places in the world to walk around.
The presenter was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2021, then underwent a single mastectomy in October that year and is now in remission.
Having shared her journey and recovery very openly, she has shared wellness hacks with her fans – a key part of her latest book.
