Kardashian bought the home shortly before Bieber was ordered to pay his neighbor tens of thousands of dollars.</p>

Per the <a href=”https://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-justin-bieber-egging-restitution-20141110-story.html” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>LA Times</a>, Bieber did $20,000 worth of damage to the house, which could have resulted in felony charges.</p>
<p id=”par-3_47″>To avoid a felony charge, Bieber pleaded no contest and was ordered by a judge to pay $80,900, complete community service, and take anger management classes. He was also ordered to stay away from Schwartz. Bieber managed this by selling his home to Kardashian for $7.2 million. </p>
