Kelsey Parker has shared an emotional Christmas message to her new boyfriend, Will, two years on from husband Tom Parker’s death.

She was in a relationship with The Wanted singer Tom for 13 years before his death aged 33 on March 30, 2022.

The pop star was diagnosed with an inoperable stage four glioblastoma brain tumour in 2020, undergoing over 30 rounds of chemotherapy and 30 radiotherapy sessions.

After his death Kelsey, 34, has shared regular updates with fans, including a heartwrenching Father’s Day message for their daughter Aurelia and son Bodhi.

Two years on from the loss Kelsey has now revealed she feels ‘brought back to life’ by her new partner.

‘December hits differently this year… ❤️,’ she wrote on Instagram with a blurred picture of herself and Will kissing.

She continued: ‘After the storm, I’ve found someone who loves every piece of me and reminds me what it feels like to be alive again. My first Christmas with love back in my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful. ✨🎄’

Kelsey hasn’t shared much about her private life with Will, keeping his face hidden in the handful of pictures she’s posted.

She’s spoken about the romance on her podcast Mum’s The Word, saying he has brought ‘a different sort of happiness’ into their home.

In the weeks before December 25, she posted about the heartbreak of the family’s third Christmas without Tom, sharing some pictures.

Kelsey wrote: ‘While the holidays are filled with so much love and joy, they also bring moments of deep sadness💔 Watching the kids excitement reminds me of how much he loved this time of year… and I feel his absence in everything we do.

‘But we find strength in our memories! In each other, and in creating new traditions while keeping Tom’s spirit alive💛 To anyone navigating grief during the holidays, you’re stronger than you know.’

Last year, Kelsey shared how she had struggled with the festive period and advised anyone going through the same emotions to try and change their routine.

‘Also, remember that person, but don’t be so hard on yourself,’ she told the Evening Standard. ‘If you’re having a bad moment then have that moment and embrace it, then try and get on with the rest of your day.’

In September 2023, she told Metro: ‘I’m just doing what feels best for me and I’m just being Kelsey. What really matters is as long as my kids and family are happy.’
