Movie star Kevin Hart, comedian Druski, a FaceTime call from LeBron James, and water pranks help Kai Cenat reach 721,000 viewers on Twitch.

Cenat has become one of the biggest live streamers in the world, partly by collaborating with celebrities, like when he lost £240,000 to rapper 21 Savage playing Madden NFL 24.

He also ended up in a full-on feud with Kanye West over a pair of giant-sized joggers, but a more recent stream went a lot smoother for the American streamer.

Cenat outdid himself when he had movie star Kevin Hart and comedian Druski on his stream, which broke his viewership record with 721,000 fans tuning in, and included a FaceTime call from NBA great LeBron James and throwing buckets of water at each other.

The streamer and Hart had teased a collaboration back in April, when the actor had reposted a tweet with a picture of the two, saying, ‘Big things coming.’

That’s exactly what happened as the star-studded stream broke Cenat’s peak viewership record on Twitch with 721,000 fans checking it out at one time, making it the biggest livestream on Twitch so far this year.

At one point Hart received a FaceTime call from none other than the NBA all-time point leader LeBron James, who had a brief chat with the trio.

Other highlights included a talent show, where Cenat, Hart, and Druski were the judges, a ‘What’s in the box?’ contest, and a sleepover segment, where everyone relaxes on inflatable mattresses.

The sleepover segment is nothing new on Cenat’s streams, but this time it got a little out of hand as both Hart and Cenat got pranked by having buckets of water thrown over them as they snoozed off.

After the stream Hart went on Instagram to let everyone know how good of a time he had, promising more to come:

‘The biggest and best stream ever. Druski X Kai Cenat X Kevin Hart = comedy gold!!!!! No scripts and no plans. Just vibing and feeding off of one another. Nothing but love for these two jackasses. More coming. STAY TUNED.’

Though Cenat has broken his own all-time viewership record, he’s still got a long way to go to catch Twitch colleague Ibai, who had a staggering 3.4 million fans tune in during his boxing stream last year.

These big event streams are what get the most viewers on streaming platforms such as Twitch, something Cenat is well aware of as he keeps doing collaborations with celebrities.

Cenat is also known for doing themed streams, which also gain a lot of attention from fans, like when he recently set out to beat Elden Ring and designed his room with decorations inspired by the action role-player.

His successful celebrity streams will only help him grow his channel, and in return facilitate more collaborations with more celebrities. The question is just who will Cenat, who has 11 million followers on Twitch, get on his stream next?
