Kyle Richards Reveals Why She Stopped Talking About Morgan Wade on “RHOBH”

Kyle Richards and country singer Morgan Wade’s relationship was a hot topic during “RHOBH” season 18, but the reality star was tight-lipped about it on season 19, which brought up a lot of questions about their status, especially from Dorit Kemsley.

During part two of the “RHOBH” season 19 finale, Richards explained, “You’re right in the sense that I brought her into this, and I feel guilty about that because it causes her anxiety, and she doesn’t want to be a part of that.”

When host Andy Cohen pointed out that Wade was a famous singer, Richards said, “I know, but it’s different than the ‘Housewives’ fandom and all that. It’s a very different vibe.”

“She became a household name,” Kemsley pointed out. Cohen also brought up Richards’ appearance in Wade’s “Fall In Love With Me” music video, where they acted as romantic interests. “You can’t have your cake and eat it too,” he said.

“I didn’t get in trouble. I just [couldn’t] deal with one more thing,” Richards argued.

‘RHOBH’ Stars Showed Support for Richards’ & Wade’s Friendship

Although Richards made it clear that she didn’t want to discuss her relationship with Wade, her “RHOBH” castmates lent their support.

During episode 16 of season 16, Garcelle Beauvais told Richards, “We all have your back. We all want to fight for you.”

However, Beauvais added, “I think if I’m gonna be completely honest, I think what’s confusing to me is that I feel like we tiptoe around Morgan. We don’t know what that situation is, if you’re being supported in that way, and, therefore, we can back off.”

Richards insisted that there was nothing going on between her and Wade and told her castmates, “One day, maybe I’ll have a great story to share with you guys. Maybe I will … maybe I don’t.”

Sutton Stracke quipped, “I hope you do. I hope you have a great story to tell.”

Richards & Wade’s Friendship Is Still Going Strong

Richards may want to keep her friendship with Wade quiet, but she openly showed her support during the “Wilder Days” singer’s European tour.

The “RHOBH” star was present at Wade’s Amsterdam, Ireland, and Scotland legs of the tour, Bravo reported.

“I just want to thank everyone for coming out to our shows over the last couple months. We’ve traveled all over playing my songs and I’ll never take that for granted,” Wade wrote in an April 2 Instagram post.

She added, “Thank you for your love and support and thank you to my wonderful band for leaving your homes and families to allow me to live out my dream. It’s been an amazing ride and I love you all so much.”
