While others claimed that Sweeney <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/insider-says-theres-tension-newlyweds-lauren-sanchez-jeff-bezos-over-sydney-sweeney-news-sanchez-blindsided.html/”>caused some friction</a> between Bezos and Sánchez after she attended their nuptials, with one source sharing: “Sydney’s not that close with Jeff or Lauren. But she got invited to their Venice wedding for a reason — business.”</p>
<p id=”par-3_32″>Celebrity columnist Rob Shuter shared on his <a href=”https://robshuter.substack.com/p/exclusive-prenup-drama-delays-reese?open=false#%C2%A7jeff-bezos-backs-sydney-sweeneys-lingerie-empire-lauren-sanchez-wasnt-ready-for-this” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Substack</a> that the <em>White Lotus</em> star is “launching her own lingerie line<strong> </strong>with funding from Bezos, backed through a $1 billion private equity play … and Sánchez didn’t see it coming.”</p>

<p id=”par-5_19″>According to <a href=”https://robshuter.substack.com/p/exclusive-delusional-norah-odonnell” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Shuter’s newsletter</a>, “[Bezos] is obsessed. This isn’t just fantasy casting — Jeff wants her on screen, period.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_36″>So could Sánchez become the next Bond girl over Sweeney? Well as one studio executive put it: “She’s not an actress. But she’s Jeff’s muse, and when you spend $8 billion, you get what you want.”</p>
<p id=”par-7_43″>As for who will play the next Agent 007 following Daniel Craig’s departure? That’s still unknown. Earlier this year, Bezos posed that question on <a href=”https://x.com/JeffBezos/status/1892590064766484622″>X</a><a href=”https://x.com/JeffBezos/status/1892590064766484622″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”> </a>and had over 30,000 responses. Many replied that they would like to see Henry Cavill as Bond. </p>
