Zoey Deutch, daughter of actress Lea Thompson, is engaged. The “Set It Up” star revealed on Instagram that she has been secretly engaged to her boyfriend, Jimmy Tatro, since June 2025. “Three months engaged to the love of my life,” Zoey captioned a September 28 post featuring photos from their romantic beach proposal.

Friends Celebrate the Coupleâs Big News
Zoeyâs celebrity friends quickly filled the comments with love. “Congratulations, beautiful angel!!” wrote Riverdale star Lili Reinhart, while Vanessa Hudgens added, “Sooo happy for yooooou.”
Camila Morrone, Busy Philipps, Julianne Hough, and Maude Apatow also shared their congratulations on social media.

Zoey and Tatro first confirmed their romance on Valentineâs Day in 2021, and they have been inseparable ever since.

While theyâre head over heels, Zoey has admitted she and Tatro arenât always alike. “I would be so bored if I was dating someone who agreed with me on everything⦠I mean I am currently with someone who is my actual polar opposite,” she said on the Betches U Up? podcast in 2022, as per Page Six.
Tatro, known for his work in “Theater Camp” and his early YouTube comedy, has also praised Zoey. In a 2022 birthday tribute, he called her “my favorite person.“
