<p id=”par-1_32″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/lil-nas-x/”>Lil Nas X</a> was arrested in Los Angeles on Thursday after he was spotted walking down the middle of a street wearing nothing but his underwear and a pair of cowboy boots. </p>
<p id=”par-2_80″>In the early hours of August 21, onlookers saw the <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/shaboozey-thought-lil-nas-xs-old-town-road.html/”>“Old Town Road” rapper</a>, who is 26, behaving strangely on Ventura Boulevard in LA’s Studio City neighborhood. In video from scene, he struts and sings and tells a person to “come to the party” before saying, “Didn’t I tell you to put the phone down?” Several people reported the incident to police, according to <a href=”https://www.tmz.com/2025/08/21/lil-nas-x-hospitalized-possible-overdose/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>TMZ</a>, which was first to report the news of the arrest and to share the video. </p>
<p id=”par-3_55″>When officers responded, the two-time Grammy winner, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, apparently charged at them. He was subdued and arrested for battery on a police officer, <a href=”https://ktla.com/entertainment/lil-nas-x-found-wandering-studio-city-street-in-just-underwear-report/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>KTLA</a> reports. Paramedics then took him to the hospital because of a possible overdose. Lil Nas X and his team have not commented on the situation. </p>

In one video shared on <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/p/DNk1cgDxQnC/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a> on Wednesday, he wears cowboy boots and a robe while banging a tambourine. </p>
<p id=”par-5_40″>“I want to live/ I want to fight/ I want to live a wondrous life/ I want to go/ I want to thrive/ I want to live a wondrous life/ Oh what a life, oh what a life,” he sings.</p>
<p id=”par-6_17″>“The god of music dare i say? Me not jay z, no shade,” he captioned another <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/p/DNj2lH8xOJz/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>post</a>. </p>
<p id=”par-7_40″>In April, Lil Nas X shared that he had been hospitalized for partial facial paralysis. In a series of updates on Instagram, he said he’d “lost control” of the right side of his face, but that he was getting better. </p>
