“Love Island” star Savannah âVannaâ Einerson is setting the record straight.
The 21-year-old reality star, who entered season 7 of “Love Island USA” as a Casa Amor Bombshell, is speaking candidly about the cosmetic enhancements sheâs hadâand how public speculation about her appearance took a toll.
During a recent appearance on “The Viall Files” podcast, Einerson addressed the swirling rumors and clarified exactly which procedures she has undergone.
Bravely Breaking Her Silence
In the unapologetic interview, Einerson revealed that sheâs had work done on her lips and breasts, but denied altering her chin or cheeks.
“Duh! I got my lips done, and I like my lips,” she disclosed. âMy cheeks and my chin I had for life … I feel like you get fake lips and they think everything on your face is fake.â
The Salt Lake City influencer also described how the online chatter affected her mental health after leaving the show.
âIt was just not what I was expecting to come back to at all,â she shared.
Einerson went on to explain that her on-screen appearance may have been affected by an allergic reaction she was experiencing during filming.
“I was sleeping on a feather pillow, I was having an allergic reaction every single day,” she said. “My eyes were swollen, my whole face is swollen. Thatâs why I looked overfilled.â
Finding Strength in Sisterhood
Although the online chatter was difficult to process, Einerson shared that fellow cast member Coco Watson provided meaningful support during one of her lowest moments.
âI had a moment where I just broke down crying, and I’m honestly so grateful for Coco that she was there because she sat and prayed over me,â Vanna said, describing it as a pivotal moment in her post-show journey.
The reality star also noted that her experience likely resonates with many women watching.
âI feel like as a girl, we’re allâI donât want to say insecureâbut we do have our little things that we think about ourselves and that we see in ourselves,â she said.
Plastic surgery conversations have extended beyond Einerson this season. Huda Mustafa, another season 7 contestant, reportedly underwent a rhinoplasty three months before filmingâa procedure her surgeon later confirmed via Instagram.
Host Ariana Madix has also been refreshingly candid about her own cosmetic journey.
