Levi McConaughey is stepping into the spotlight with quiet confidence and unmistakable style. On Friday, June 27, the 16-year-old son of Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves McConaughey made a proud and poised debut at Men’s Fashion Week in Paris—a first public moment that marks his growing presence in the world.

According to People, he attended Jonathan Anderson’s debut Dior show, wearing a stylish blue Dior pullover, beige cargo shorts, and brown Dior sneakers.

After the event, Levi posted a clip from the show to his Instagram Story, writing:  “@dior Congratulationsss!!! this so groovvy @jonathan.anderson.”

How McConaughey’s Raise Their Kids With a Strong Work Ethic

Matthew and Camila have always believed in grounding their children with a strong sense of purpose, teaching them that hard work and personal responsibility are the keys to lasting freedom and growth.

“Responsibility breeds freedom,” Matthew told Extra in 2023. “You take care of your stuff, chores, you take care of yourself, you will have more freedoms in the future.”

Back in 2020, the Dallas Buyers Club star also shared that they’ve involved their children in their professional lives from a young age.

“I have my kids come out, we put them to work,” he said at HISTORYTalks. “We give them a little cash for catering.”

Levi Is A Budding Actor with His Father’s Work Ethic

Levi McConaughey paid tribute to his father in a heartfelt Instagram post in November 2023, expressing deep admiration for the man he’s long looked up to.

“People know Matthew McConaughey as an actor and now a writer, but I know him as my father,” he wrote. “The man who’s always there for us no matter what, and the man who taught me to appreciate the journey and not just the destination.”

It’s not just fashion—Levi is stepping in front of the camera, too.

At a recent MJ&M fundraiser event in Austin, Camila told PEOPLE that her son is pursuing acting more seriously.

“Levi, our oldest, is getting into a little bit of acting. Well, I shouldn’t say a little bit,” she said with a smile. “He’s always done things like worked behind the camera or on sets… but now he’s going to be in front of the camera.”

Camila proudly shared that Levi earned a role in the film “Way of the Warrior Kid“, which stars Chris Pratt. Before that, he got a part in a film Matthew was working on, “The Lost Bus”.

Camila said her son auditioned, attended meetings, and landed the role all on his own. “It was beautiful to see,” she said. “He did the whole thing, and then he got the part.”

Raised to value hard work, grounded by family, and now carving out his own path, Levi is proving that while he may be Matthew McConaughey’s son, his spotlight is entirely his own. And this is just the beginning!
