Miley Cyrus, Demi Moore & Timothée Chalamet Among 2026 Walk of Fame Honorees: See the Full List

The Hollywood Walk of Fame has announced its 2026 class, honoring notable names such as Miley Cyrus, Timothée Chalamet, Demi Moore, and Josh Groban.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced the complete list on Wednesday, July 2, and Billboard published it. Actor Eugenio Derbez and radio host Richard Blade unveiled 35 new honorees across film, music, television, and live performance.

A Billboard report quotes Peter Roth, former CEO of Warner Bros. Television and chairman of the Walk of Fame selection committee: “We are excited to announce the newest selections of 35 esteemed individuals who will be enshrined onto the Walk of Fame as part of the prestigious Class of 2026,” “These talented individuals have made significant contributions to the world of entertainment, and we are thrilled to honor them with this well-deserved recognition.”

How Stars Are Chosen

To be selected, nominees must meet specific criteria, including a minimum of five years of professional excellence, significant contributions to their industry, and a commitment to attend the dedication ceremony.

According to the Chamber: “After the Walk of Fame Selection Committee has made its selections, the Hollywood Chamber’s Board of Directors also votes to approve the star, and then for a final approval, the names are submitted to the City of Los Angeles’ Board of Public Works Department.”

Posthumous honors require a two-year waiting period, and all final selections are at the discretion of the Chamber.

Miley Cyrus on Receiving Walk of Fame Star: ‘It’s a Full-Circle Moment’

On Wednesday, July 2, Miley Cyrus shared on X that she’s set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Calling the recognition an “honor,” the singer and actress expressed her gratitude for the milestone moment.

“When I first came to LA from Nashville as a little girl, my family would stay at a hotel on Hollywood Blvd, and I would go on late night walks with my dad [Billy Ray Cyrus] when no one would recognize him,” she gushed. “We’d have the gift shops to ourselves & buy knock off Oscars and Marilyn Monroe merchandise. To now be cemented on this legendary boulevard, surrounded by the icons who inspired me, feels like a dream.”

“This moment will live forever, thank you to everyone in my life who made it possible,” wrote Miley. She added, “I am grateful to share this star with you.”
