Nina Dobrev, 36, recently impressed fans by stepping out in a semi-sheer floral dress before thrilling her followers by wearing a see-through polka-dot bodysuit. Now, she’s stunned her fans by sharing a photo on Instagram of herself in a dreamy sauna while confidently wearing a sleek black bikini.
Laying down on a bench in the round sauna, the star stretches one arm above her head while the other is crossed over her eyes. With her back arched, she also has her toes pointed as she bends one leg and holds the other one up in the air.
Although your eyes might be drawn to Dobrev, be sure to also check out the view provided by the large window on one end of the sauna. Showing a wintery scene outside, bare trees can be seen as well as a large stretch of water and a gorgeous cloudy sky.
In the caption, the star wrote that she’s “mentally on airplane mode.”

The Star Has Opened Up About Her Insecurities

“Like anyone, it comes in ebbs and flows and you have good days and bad days,â she said. âIâm a person just like anybody else. Iâm a girl and I have insecurities of my own. So I think being a positive example by practicing what I preach hopefully sends out a good message. Itâs about showing people itâs not always easy.â
âWhen youâre running around you might be less healthy or have a cheat day, but thatâs OK because weâre all human,” she continued. “We have to take care of ourselves to the best of our ability and be realistic with our goals ⦠Nobodyâs perfect. I have cheat days, I eat burgers! I like brownies! Itâs just once I get to the gym I have to work twice as hard is all.”
