Pamela Anderson Opens Up About Relationship With Liam Neeson & Where They Stand Now

Pamela Anderson is finally breaking her silence about her rumored romance with Liam Neeson — and she’s doing it on her own terms.

In a recent exclusive People interview, she described their connection as “very loving and sincere,” calling it more than a fling or publicity stunt.

What She Says About the Romance

Anderson revealed that after filming their new movie “The Naked Gun,” she and Neeson spent an intimate week together at his home in upstate New York.

While they kept things respectful — staying in separate rooms, accompanied by assistants and loved ones — the actress described the time as a “romantic lost week.”

She recalled charming moments like gardening together, dining out, and even an unexpected run-in with a bear, which Neeson reportedly chased off in his bathrobe.

One memorable night, Neeson referred to Anderson as the “future Mrs. Neeson” during a romantic dinner — a remark that, according to Anderson, came from a genuine place.

She compared their off-screen bond to something out of a lighthearted, feel-good romantic film.

Clearing Up Rumors

Much speculation has swirled around whether the relationship is real or just a clever marketing ploy for their movie.

Anderson shut down those rumors at the 2025 Deauville American Film Festival, where she accepted a talent award, according to People.

“I do not and will never feed into PR stunts,” she said at the time. “That would be a death sentence”

She emphasized that she values authenticity — especially when it comes to love — and insisted that her private life isn’t open for public spectacle.

Where They Stand Now

Though the romantic chapter seems to be over, Anderson says the respect and connection remain.

She described their relationship as more of a friendship now that is rooted in shared admiration and understanding.

The 58-year-old added she didn’t understand why people thought the relationship was just publicity.

“I always was laughing when people thought, ‘Oh, that’s a publicity stunt.’ I’m like, ‘A publicity stunt?This is real. We have real feelings,’” she said.

“I adore Liam,” Anderson added, “but we are better friends, in full honesty.”

Their last reunion was in August at a theater festival, where Neeson showed support for Anderson’s stage performance.

“He is such a supporter of this new trajectory in my career and kindly tells me he is very proud of me,” she added.

She painted their time together not as a dramatic Hollywood romance, but as a cozy, genuine moment in their lives — a “connection that was real,” even if it didn’t lead to forever.
