Paris Hilton is turning the page after a challenging year, with a new dream home to match. The heiress and entrepreneur has purchased Mark Wahlbergâs former Beverly Hills mansion, a sprawling 12-bedroom, 20-bathroom estate inside the exclusive Beverly Park community. As per The Wall Street Journal, the house has been purchased for a whopping $63.1 million.

For Hilton, 44, and husband Carter Reum, the new home comes just months after losing their Malibu beach house in Californiaâs wildfires.
Paris’ Fresh Start After Devastating Loss
Hiltonâs new estate, which closed on June 20, comes just months after she watched live news coverage as her Malibu home burned to the ground.
âHeartbroken beyond words,â Hilton wrote on Instagram at the time, sharing ABC7 footage of the flames. âSitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience.
“This home was where we built so many precious memories. Itâs where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.”
The La Costa beach property, which Hilton and Reum purchased for $8.4 million in 2021, spanned just under 3,000 square feet â a far cry from their new 6-acre Beverly Hills estate.

As per WSJ, Hiltonâs newly purchased estate is nearly twice the size of the Beverly Hills rental where she and Reum had been living. Investor Leonid Smirnov owns the property and was previously listed for $160,000 per month.
According to Homesoftherich, their new home, located right next door, comes equipped with resort-style amenities, including a sports court, skate park, five-hole golf course, resort pool, home theater, fitness center, library, and wine and cigar cellar.
Described in its listing as âa rare opportunity to own one of Los Angelesâ most significant estates,â the property was designed in 2014 by architect Richard Landry for Wahlberg and his family.
Wahlberg purchased the land in 2009 for $8.25 million and first listed the completed mansion for $87.5 million. After nearly a year on the market, it sold for $55 million.
Now, Hilton and Reum have scooped it up for $63.1 million â reportedly purchasing the estate through an LLC.
From Beverly Hills to Nevada â and Back Again
Wahlberg and his family lived in the Beverly Park mansion until 2022, when they relocated to Nevada.
âTo be able to give my kids a better life and follow and pursue their dreams, whether it be my daughter as an equestrian, my son as a basketball player, my younger son as a golfer â this made a lot more sense for us,â Wahlberg told People.
Although he admitted to missing Californiaâs weather, Wahlberg said his kids were âthrivingâ in their new home state. He purchased a $14.5 million property in Nevadaâs Summit Club community in August 2022, which he later sold while planning to build a custom family home.
As for Hilton and Reum, it looks like theyâve now found their perfect home base â one with plenty of room for their growing family.
