Pete Wicks is believed to have grown close to another Love Island star after splitting from Maura Higgins.
The 37-year-old Strictly Come Dancing semi-finalist was first linked to Irish beauty Maura, 34, last summer when they were spotted on a series of dates and packing on the smooches.
While the pair tried to keep their relationship low-key by maintaining they were both ‘single,’ Maura spilled the beans on going on ‘dates’ with the former Towie star while chatting in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
Alas, their fiery connection fizzled out not long after she landed back on home soil, meaning they spent Valentine’s Day apart and have not been seen together since.
But after another brief period of bachelorhood, it seems Pete has a new lady in his life after getting to know Samantha Kenny.

The 27-year-old was a contestant on series 11 of the ITV2 dating show last year, which aired around the time Pete and Maura’s relationship became public knowledge.
Samantha was sadly dumped from the Majorcan villa after just over two weeks, having been given the brush-off by Joey Essex when Grace Jackson entered as a bombshell.
But if reports are to be believed, she’s since been able to find a special someone outside it.
Podcaster Pete, who co-hosts Staying Relevant with best pal Sam Thompson, has reportedly been seen out clubbing in London with Samantha.
They hugged outside Mayfair hotspot Amazonico club at the end of March, but it’s unknown if they’ve had any other outings since.
A source told The Sun: ‘Pete and Samantha have gone on a few dates and have really hit it off.
‘She’s got a wicked sense of humour and is absolutely gorgeous.’
The insider added that ‘Samantha is a fresh start for Pete,’ who was reportedly ‘relieved’ to be away from the drama when ex-girlfriend Maura was caught kissing married McFly star Danny Jones at the Brit Awards, weeks after their breakup.
Pete’s other exes include Towie star Chloe Sims, Celebrity Big Brother’s Ella Rae Wise, Jess Wright, and, most famously, Megan McKenna.
Meanwhile, his close mate Sam also recently went through a breakup, having split from his girlfriend of five years, Zara McDermott, over the festive period.
Sam and the documentary maker, 28, were together for five years before parting ways, with the Made in Chelsea alum publicly admitting he’s been struggling to get to grips with single life.
While Zara is now thought to be dating One Direction heartthrob Louis Tomlinson, 33, he, too, has moved on with another influencer stunner.
According to whispers, the former King of the Jungle has been exchanging flirty messages with series 9 Love Island contestant Samie Elishi, 25.
A source told The Sun: ‘Sam found the split and its public fallout very hard, but Samie has put a smile back on his face.
‘She is a stunning girl, and he’s told a few pals about her. He seems excited.’
They added that it is ‘obviously early days’ for the pair, but it sounds like things are looking up in the love department for Sam and Pete once more…
