PHOTOS: The Beautiful 4-Star Hotel Where Rob Reiner’s Son Was Staying

Nick Reiner stayed at The Pierside Santa Monica hotel in the early hours on Sunday, December 14.

He used a credit card to check in around 4 a.m., according to the New York Post.

The luxury hotel is located at 120 Colorado Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90401.

It has a modern style throughout the interior and exterior of the building.

Once inside, the hotel also has a cozy gathering space that is filled with heaters, and a few couches for guests to relax during their stay.

The hotel is currently in the middle of its holiday season, as it’s decorated for the winter months.

It has loads of amenities for its guests.

“From hydration stations and special perks for pets to our on-site equipment rental at The Board Shop, stocked with surfboards, gaming consoles, sports gear and more,“ its site notes.

The outdoor pool is even heated. 

Nick Reiner Left the Hotel Without Checking Out

Nick Reiner left the hotel sometime on Sunday.

The Post reported that the clean staff found a horrifying scene when they went to clean the room.

The room was covered in blood, according to reports.

Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found by their daughter Romy on Sunday afternoon.

Nick Reiner was arrested that same day and is currently being held without bail.

The Los Angeles Police Department issued a statement on Monday, December 15 regarding the tragic situation.

It read: “As a result of the initial investigation, it was deemed that the Reiners were victims of homicide. The investigation further revealed that Nick Reiner, the 32-year-old son of Robert and Michele Reiner, was responsible for their deaths. Nick Reiner was located and arrested at approximately 9:15 p.m.”

As more information comes out, fans and friends of the late director and his wife continue to take to social media to share tributes of the late stars.
