<p id=”par-2_36″><a href=”https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/us-celebrity-news/prince-harry-directly-asked-king-32989413″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>The Mirror</a> shared commentary from royal author Tom Quinn about King Charles and Prince Harry’s relationship. The monarch is reportedly putting his foot down regarding any further chatter from the Duke of Sussex surrounding the royal family.</p>
<p id=”par-3_51″>“Harry has been asked directly by his father not to write or say publicly anything further about the family or his brother that might cause trouble. And everyone knows that when a king asks you to do something, there are going to be consequences if you do not obey,” Quinn revealed.</p>
<p id=”par-4_44″>He continued, “Over the years that Harry has complained about his treatment by his family, he has had just one aim; to get an apology and see his father and brother make amends. Harry just can’t see that complaining in private might work.” </p>
<p id=”par-5_20″>“Complaining publicly just makes things worse. In Harry’s case, that means more and more ties to his past being severed.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_36″>However, whether the king would follow through with this reported claim remains to be seen. Prince Harry has not spoken in a negative manner about his family since the release of his autobiography, <em>Spare</em>, in 2023.</p>

<p id=”par-9_29″>In an interview with<a href=”https://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Culture/prince-harry-visiting-king-charles-after-cancer-diagnosis/story?id=107271548″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”> ABC News</a>, Prince Harry spoke of the brief visit. “I jumped on a plane and went to go see him as soon as I could.”</p>
<p id=”par-10_31″>He added, “Look, I love my family. The fact that I was able to get on a plane, go see him and spend any time with him. I’m grateful for that.”</p>
<p id=”par-11_32″>“I’ve got other trips planned that will take me through the U.K. or back to the U.K. So I’ll stop in and see my family as much as I can,” Harry concluded.</p>
