Katie Price has been inundated with messages of support, including from daughter Princess Andre, after a remarkable career comeback.
The 47-year-old has certainly had a varied career, from reality TV stints to her own fly-on-the-wall shows, glamour modelling, writing, advertising, and even music.
And it seems her time as a pop star is something people still can’t quite get enough of, as fans have not only resurrected one of her tunes—they’ve sent it soaring up the charts.
Taking to TikTok this weekend, the mum-of-five expressed her gratitude upon learning that her 2017 single, I Got U, was atop the iTunes dance chart and in the number two slot on the general UK hits chart.
This put Katie in front of artists such as Olivia Dean, Perrie Edwards, and Dizzee Rascal with their own new releases, which her rep described as a ‘massive surprise’ to her.
In her own video, Katie told her 1.7million followers: ‘Wow, never, ever, ever, ever, ever, in a million years, did I think I’d be experiencing the fact that my song is number one.

‘I mean, dreams can come true! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to be, like, a pop star, and everyone was like, “No, Kate, you can’t sing, you’re rubbish, you’re this, you’re that,” well, it just goes to prove, if you keep going, manifesting things, it can happen.’
‘My childhood dream today has come true,’ she added with a smile. ‘Thank you to everyone out there who has made this happen. I’m shocked. I didn’t see this coming at all.’
In the comments, fans shared their joy, vowing to always ‘stand by’ her.
‘Our very own British Icon Katie Price ❤️’, commented @lisawilson461.
‘We need to keep it going! To get into the other charts. Katie Price number 1! ✨🎊🥰’, wrote @ymiliynne.
‘Yes Pricey! You have the support of UK women and we are a force! Stay authentic Queen’, declared @rogue_ryder1.

Taking to her own Instagram Story, having previously firmly shut down reports of a rift, 18-year-old daughter Princess posted a screenshot of Katie’s song sitting proudly in the number one spot, writing: ‘Well done mum’.
Princess’s post also showed Katie’s 2019 tune Hurricane in the number two slot.
The song was a collaboration with DJ Rick Live, released initially as a certified summer banger after I Got U, written by Craig Colton of X Factor fame, served as a dance ballad in an effort to revive Katie’s music career from the early 2000s.
It’s a move she’s even spoken about this year, revealing in May that she had an album in the works and plans for a tour in 2026.
‘Music, I’ve got my album coming out, I’m going up and down the country doing my normal gigs, and next year, I haven’t released the dates yet, I’m touring up and down the country,’ she said on TikTok.
‘It’s going to be called Katie Price’s Big Bangers, where I do a lot of old-school covers and my own material as well. You’ll have to watch.’

Katie’s early days as a musician saw her compete to represent the UK in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest. She placed as a runner-up in the search.
In 2006, she released her debut studio album, A Whole New World, in collaboration with her then-husband and Australian pop star Peter Andre.
However, the pair, who were married from 2005 to 2009, have hit headlines again recently with a fresh feud, which inspired Katie’s fans to rally behind her and express solidarity by downloading her songs.
Earlier this month, the Mysterious Girl hitmaker issued a bombshell statement, writing that, in 2019, ‘the family courts issued a legally binding order’ to enforce the arrangement of children Princess and Junior, 20, living with him and his wife, Emily Andre, 35, due to ‘well-documented’ reasons.
The 52-year-old admitted to feeling ‘frustrated’ at remaining ‘silent’ since their split, vowing to expose more of Katie’s ‘lies’ in the ‘coming months’.
In response, Katie’s team said she ‘doesn’t feel the need to bring up tit-for-tat comments’ and that she would ‘no longer be gaslighted and bullied as she once was’.

In the weeks since, Peter’s public image has also come into question after old clips from his TV shows with Katie resurfaced and went viral on TikTok, depicting him appearing to mock her disabled son Harvey in his wheelchair and hurling insults at Katie during fiery rows.
Consequently, fans have branded him a ‘narcissist’ and shamed him as ‘manipulative’ for the behaviour, which ultimately led to an outpouring of love for Katie, whose team has been stunned by her ‘calm’ reaction to the developing saga.
In his latest comments, Peter, while not at liberty to legally discuss his rift with Katie in detail, defended himself against waning public perception.
Asked about what others think of him, Peter responded: ‘Well, look, nobody’s perfect. No one’s perfect in this world. Everyone makes mistakes.
‘But you get the measure of me by meeting me.’
He added to The Telegraph: ‘You’ll either think I’m too talkative and annoying, or you’ll think, “He’s alright, he’s harmless.”
‘But over a period of time, you build a picture of someone; it’s about consistency.’
