‘Tournament of All Stars’ Bracket Format and Cast Reveal

Today (Wednesday, April 23), “RuPaul’s Drag Race” announced which fierce drag performers would be returning to compete in “All Stars 10” during a ‘Meet the Queens’ stream on YouTube, which similarly revealed that the 18 queens would be separated into three ‘Brackets’ of six queens each.

The queens within each bracket will compete against one another before the top queens from each bracket move forward to the next round of the competition, which will feature a two-episode round of competition before a lip sync “smackdown” determines the winner in the Grand Finale. ’RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars 10’ Cast Breakdown

The season’s casting confirms that it will feature queens from seasons old and new, with early season queens like Nicole Paige Brooks and Phoenix returning after more than a decade off the “Drag Race” stage. Conversely, Season 17 queen Lydia B Kollins was officially confirmed to be joining the “All Stars 10” cast less than a week after her original season ended (April 18, 2025), a record-breaking turn-around.

While “Drag Race” fans will be happy to see former finalists like Mistress Isabelle Brooks and Daya Betty return for another shot at the crown, others will be excited to see queens who went home early on their original seasons, such as Irene The Alien and Alyssa Hunter, get the chance to redeem themselves on “All Stars 10.”

Big personalities won’t be in short supply this season either, with a bevy of New York City queens joining the cast, including Aja, Olivia Lux, Tina Burner, and Acid Betty. Nor will big talent, with the likes of professional figure skater Denali on the roster.

The season will similarly feature both Miss Congeniality winners like Cynthia Lee Fontaine, and series-proclaimed “Villains” like Mistress Isabelle Brooks, while also acting as a reunion of sorts for the cast of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 14. An impressive six queens from Season 14 will feature on the “All Stars 10” cast, including Deja Skye, Bosco, Kerri Colby, Gorgeous, Alyssa Hunter, and Daya Betty. The most recent “All Stars” series crowned Season 14 contestant, Angeria Paris van Michaels, as its winner in 2024.

The cast will similarly feature two former “All Stars” competitors – Jorgeous and Ginger Minj. Jorgeous appeared on “All Stars 9” alongside Angeria, but failed to make the Top 3. Gorgeous returning for back-to-back “All Stars” seasons will mark a first for the series. Another “All Stars” first comes in the form of Ginger Minj, who will become the first “Drag Race” contestant to appear on three separate “All Stars” seasons. After initially appearing in Season 7, Ginger has since appeared as a contestant on “All Stars” Seasons 2 and 6.

The 18 queens will compete for a cash prize of $200,000 and a “coveted spot” in the “Drag Race Hall of Fame.”
