
“Saturday Night Live” writer Jimmy Fowlie is in great distress as he appeals to the public to find his missing sister. His family is searching for answers about Christina Lynn Downer, who authorities say has not been heard from since late November.

Jimmy Fowlie Shares Public Plea on Social Media
On Monday, December 22, Fowlie, 40, shared the LAPD missing persons report on Instagram, which included two photos of his sister.
âMy sister has been missing, and we are worried that she isnât safe,â he wrote.
Fowlie also noted that his sisterâs married name is Downer and that she may also be known as Christina Fowlie.
âHer married name is Downer, but she may go by Christina Fowlie,â he added, urging followers to share the post widely to help spread the word.
LAPD Details About Christina Lynn Downer
According to the LAPD report, as reported by People, Christina Lynn Downer is 38 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. She is listed as 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds.
Police said Downer âwas last contacted in late November.â
âChristinaâs family and friends are concerned for her safety,â the LAPD stated in the report.
Fowlie also included contact information for anyone who may have seen his sister.
âPlease share this so that if anyone has seen her, they can give any information to the police. The phone number is 213 996 1800, and her case number is 25237639. She was last seen in LA. Thank you,â he wrote.
Authorities continue to urge anyone with details about Downerâs whereabouts to contact police as the investigation remains ongoing.

Fowlie began writing for âSaturday Night Liveâ in 2022 and is best known for co-writing the viral sketch âDomingo,â formally titled âDomingo: Bridesmaid Speech,â which aired during the Ariana Grande-hosted episode of the NBC series on October 12 of last year.
His recent work also includes writing for the 2024 Netflix special âA Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter.â
In addition, he has written for and appeared in projects such as the LGBT-themed comedy web series âGo-Go Boy Interruptedâ and the Max series âThe Other Two.â
