Well, it was none other than Vogue editor-in-chief and fashion legend Anna Wintour.

Emily Hampshire shared the unexpected moment with fans on Instagram, referencing her beloved “Schitt’s Creek” character, Stevie Budd:

“David & Stevie went to #MichaelRider’s iconic @celine debut,” she wrote. “Of course, David didn’t want to be seen sitting next to Stevie… but that’s OK, she made new friends.”

That “new friend”? Anna Wintour herself. “And when she said, ‘I want that whole red-blazer-cropped-tie look,’ Anna Wintour (Stevie’s new BFF) said, ‘That would look great on you’ and I — I mean Stevie — felt seen.”

The Schitt’s Creek Reunion Left Fans Wanting More

While the stylish reunion delighted fans, it also sparked renewed buzz about a “Schitt’s Creek” movie. Their wish may not be far off. Just days earlier, Annie Murphy (a.k.a. Alexis Rose) revealed on the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast that she’d “absolutely” be on board for a reunion project.
