She also admitted to getting a lower blepharoplasty to deal with her hereditary eye bags. Additionally, Biles had surgery on her earlobe due to an earring getting ripped out of her ear as a child.</p>
<p id=”par-3_65″>Biles spoke to <a href=”https://people.com/simone-biles-explains-why-she-had-breasts-done-exclusive-11848209″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>People</a> in November 2025 about her decision to get the highly-discussed breast augmentation. As an Olympic athlete, many fans assumed this was Biles’ way of saying she’s <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/simone-biles-absolutely-not-done-gymnastics-hints-2028-summer-olympics.html/”>officially retired from the sport</a>. Biles emphasized that she decided on surgery all on her own to enhance the way she personally felt about her body — but she never “didn’t like” how she felt.</p>
<p id=”par-4_30″>“OK, obviously you can notice the breasts,” she said. “But other than that, it’s just feeling good about yourself and loving yourself, and I’ve always been very vocal about that.”</p>
