Strictly Come Dancing viewers have been left ‘traumatised’ by a couple’s performance who are tipped to be heading home next.
Thomas Skinner, 34, took to the dancefloor for week two of the BBC dance competition alongside his partner Amy Dowden, 35, as they performed Dizzee Rascal’s hit track Bonkers.
With the former Apprentice star’s wife Sinead watching on from the audience, Thomas failed to impress the judges, however.
The pair received a meagre 13 points for their salsa, which was one of the lowest scores of the night.
Taking to social media, many fans were quick to criticise the 34-year-old’s exaggerated dance movements and tongue movements.

@nerdstuffnews similarly said: ‘Strictly Why does Thomas Skinner keep sticking his tongue out?’
@alexanderls3 added: ‘Thomas Skinner….. I want to wash my eyes out with bleach #Strictly’
Meanwhile, @andrewleigh1985 commented: ‘Tom Skinner, dear on dear. It’s not your fault you can’t dance, but stop sticking your tongue out. Last thing anyone wants to see on a Saturday night.’
Despite the low scores the pair received, Amy – who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 but has since been given the all clear – was full of positivity for her partner.
‘If I’ve learned anything in the last two years, life is too short, take risks,’ she said.
However, ahead of the second live show tonight there are concerns that the pair could be heading home after Amy admitted that she is feeling ‘poorly’ on Instagram.

In a comments section on her Instagram, Amy explained how Tom had been bringing the dancer health juices to help her feel better ahead of their performances.
Towards the start of Strictly, Thomas became embroiled in the centre of a media storm, having admitted to having an affair just a few weeks after getting married.
He walked out of a BBC press event for Strictly after picking up a journalist’s phone during roundtable interviews.
This came after it was also reported that Thomas had allegedly not paid back a £50,000 taxpayer loan provided during Covid in 2020.
More recently, former Royal Marine Burly Daniel Gilbert – who was hired to protect actor Spider-Man star Tom Holland – is now providing security for Thomas.
Pictures obtained by The Sun showed Thomas with Burly at Kempton Park Racecourse with his pro Strictly partner Amy Downden as the pair filmed a clip for the dance show.
Strictly Come Dancing: The Results airs Sunday at 7:15pm, with catch-up episodes available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
