Strictly Come Dancing star JB Gill has teased that taking part in the BBC show has helped spice things up in the bedroom with his wife.
The JLS pop star, 37, is partnered with Amy Dowden, 34, this year after she returned to the dancefloor following a year off for breast cancer treatment.
She and JB have proven a real hit with audiences and judges, but it’s safe to say their Strictly journey has been rocky thus far as, despite topping the leaderboard in week 1, they recently survived a dance-off.
JB continues to give it his all, though, and it seems his wife doesn’t have any complaints about the hours he’s been putting in at the studio.
The Beat Again hitmaker married Chloe Tangney in 2014 after six years of dating, and they are proud parents Ace and Chiara.
Speaking about the lifestyle changes Strictly’s intense training regime has gifted him, JB told The Sun: ‘The six-pack is incoming! I’ve definitely lost a lot of weight, and we’ve not even done half of the up-tempo numbers yet.

‘I think Chloe’s loving it, too. The other day she said to me, “Can you speak to Costume and get your arms out because your arms are looking good!”‘
‘I’m not used to these compliments flying about,’ he joked.
The singer was then asked whether his new exercise regime has helped to make things more exciting when he and Chloe are intimate.
‘You know, I’m here for it,’ he quipped.
‘Now I’ll have to listen to my wife and get the guns out — I need to keep her happy as well.’
JB’s cheeky comments come after he and Amy, who is also married, were forced to deny kissing during a steamy routine.

Their rumba got plenty of people hot under the collar, scoring 30 points from the panel and earning praise for their display of chemistry.
When JB arrived home afterwards, however, Chloe was so impressed by their characterisation that she thought her husband had locked lips with his pro.
‘I definitely felt like there was a connection – at one point I thought you were kissing,’ she told him.
‘I was like, “No, no, I wasn’t kissing”,’ JB recalled. ‘As you know, she is very supportive.’
Chloe is also a dancer, so she’s been on hand to give JB plenty of advice ahead of his performances.
Speaking ahead of the launch of the 20th series, the X Factor album assured he had no fears of the so-called Strictly curse striking his marriage.

‘We communicate incredibly well and we’ve always said that’s one of the keys to a very successful and strong relationship, let alone marriage,’ he began to MailOnline.
‘For us, this is not gonna change that at all.’
Having made it out of the bottom two last week, which sent Paul Merson and Karen Hauer home, JB and Amy will dance a foxtrot tonight.
In aid of the show’s Halloween spooktacular, they’ll dance to Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader.
Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight at 6:25pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
