<p id=”par-1_13″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/tamar-braxton-turned-down-the-real-housewives-of-atlanta-she-didnt-want-to-argue-with-a-bunch-of-bs-about-nothing.html/”>Tamar Braxton</a> is on the mend after a frightening accident over the weekend. </p>
<p id=”par-2_39″>“I struggled to write this but everyone keeps calling me and honestly, I can’t even really talk anymore I’m so weak,” <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/reality-tv”><em>The Braxtons</em></a><em> </em>star wrote in a post on her <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/tamarbraxton/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a> Story on August 19. “I almost died Sunday.”</p>

<p id=”par-3_30″>The host of <em>Caught in the Act: Double Life </em>went on to say that she was “found in a pool of blood … with a face injury” by a friend. </p>
<p id=”par-4_46″>“As the days go by, the worse it is,” she<em> </em>continued. “I fractured my nose, lost some teeth and mobility. The way I look at life now is totally different. As my health is on the mend my mental journey begins.. Pray for me for real.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_10″>As for what caused her accident, Braxton is in dark. </p>
<p id=”par-6_10″>“I don’t even know what happened to me,” she wrote. </p>
<p id=”par-7_10″>Whatever occurred, Braxton says she’s grateful the outcome wasn’t worse. </p>
<p id=”par-8_13″>“Thank you God for waking me up today,” she wrote in another post. </p>
<p id=”par-9_40″>The <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/tamar-braxton-gives-disappointing-update-new-music.html/”>“Let Me Know” singer</a> has previously opened up about health issues, including a 2022 bout of the flu that sent her to the hospital with breathing problems. She’s also <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/tamar-braxton-says-therapy-for-her-is-ongoing.html/”>spoken about her mental health</a>, including a 2020 suicide attempt. </p>
<p id=”par-10_46″>“That time of my life was so dark and so heavy,” she told <a href=”https://people.com/tv/tamar-braxton-life-1-year-after-surviving-suicide-attempt-dedicated-being-best-mom/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>People</a> in 2021. “I didn’t see how I was going to come out on the other side. I didn’t even know that there was another side. But I chose to change my life.” </p>
