<p id=”par-1_94″>There is something in the air in New Jersey. Teresa Giudice has spent the end of 2025 reconciling with her brother and sister-in-law. It was a development fans never expected to happen. After all, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/tv/teresa-giudice-melissa-gorga-spinkle-cookie-incident.html/”>the feuding families </a>insisted it would never happen. Some fans suspect the reconciliation has more to do with their hope Bravo will retain them for <em>The Real Housewives of New Jersey</em>. There might be more sincere reconciliations happening for Giudice, though. Since reconnecting with Joe and Melissa Gorga, she’s also allegedly reached out to her cousins to mend fences, too.</p>

<p id=”par-2_73″>After reconnecting with her brother, Teresa Giudice apparently decided to take things one step further and reconnect with her cousins, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/rhonj-kathy-wakile-recalls-quitting-the-show-after-a-scene-with-teresa-giudice.html/”>Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri. </a><em>The Real Housewives of New Jersey</em> fans will remember Wakile and Pierri for their often-controversial time on the series. As Giudice’s cousins, they brought much of the Gorga family drama to light, though Pierri offered some comic relief with Joe Giudice during the early seasons of the show.</p>

<p id=”par-3_63″>The family drama came to a head during a season 4 reunion special. During the special, Kathy attacked, calling Giudice’s parents cowards and liars. While apologies were later exchanged, the tension grew more intense by the moment. Eventually, Giudice “cut the cancer” out by going no-contact with the cousin. <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/rhonj-kathy-wakile-reveals-why-she-is-no-longer-a-cast-member.html/”>They both left the series behind</a>, and while everything fell quiet, the estrangement continued.</p>
<p id=”par-4_61″>Guidice recently revealed she made a move to change that, reaching out to both Wakile and Pierri. During a recent episode of her podcast, <a href=”https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-turning-the-tables-by-tere-187860470/”>Turning the Tables</a>, Giudice said she texted both of her cousins, and that Kathy Wakile responded quickly. She went on to say that they’ve exchanged some warm messages, though the reconciliation is still a work in progress.</p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-this-is-not-her-first-reconciliation”>This is not her first reconciliation</h2>
<p id=”par-5_90″>The decision to mend fences with her family is not the first time Teresa Giudice has reconnected with people she swore she’d never speak to again. While Giudice’s friendships are important to her, she is prone to flying off the handle and saying some pretty hurtful things. She is also well known for proclaiming that she is cutting people out of her life. She has happily gone years without speaking to people she once considered close friends. Giudice has been on a bit of a reconciliation tour since 2023, though.</p>

The reconiliations took place in 2023. <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/rhonj-jacqueline-laurita-opens-up-about-reunion-with-teresa-giudice.html/”>Laurita and Giudice’s friendship</a> suffered after the Gorgas joined <em>RHONJ</em>, with Laurita theorizing the duo had manipulated Giudice and lied about things she reportedly said. Giudice claimed Laurita betrayed her, and her move out of state made it easy for them to keep their distance. They reconnected during Giudice’s trip to Vegas in 2023, though. Things remain cordial, it seems.</p>
