<p id=”par-2_29″>Alex Drummond Scott has been documenting her first pregnancy on Instagram since announcing it earlier this year. She and her husband Mauricio Scott have been married since May 2021.</p>
<p id=”par-3_48″>Over the past nine months, Alex has spoken about her excitement at welcoming a baby to her family. She included her <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/ree-drummond-captured-daughter-alex-husband-mauricio-scott-four-legged-son-sweet-family-portraits.html/?swcfpc=1″>family dog, George</a>, in the day-to-day preparations for Sofia Marie’s arrival. The beloved family golden retriever was a big part of the birth announcement and gender reveal.</p>

<p id=”par-11_31″>Ree and Ladd Drummond are anticipating a big year ahead. They get to enjoy all of Sofia’s firsts and proudly watch as one of their children takes a big life step.</p>
<p id=”par-12_40″>In August of this year, the couple’s second oldest daughter, Paige, announced her engagement to David Andersen. <em>Pioneer Woman </em>fans were first introduced to David back in January 2024, when Ree shared he attended the family’s annual winter trip to Colorado.</p>
<p id=”par-13_29″>David made his official debut on <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/p/C0c4bNfx3FX/?hl=en&img_index=1″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Paige’s Instagram account</a> in December 2023. She captioned a series of two photos, “You & me.” The couple will wed in May 2025.</p>
