After nearly a year of price cuts and real estate reshuffling, actress Ana de Armas has officially sold her Soho loft for $3.5 million. As per a PageSix report, she got the exact amount she last listed it for.
As per Realtor.com, the “Ballerina” actress originally purchased the chic Manhattan space in 2021 for $2.9 million. The sale marks the end of her relatively short time as a New York City homeowner.
Inside the Sleek, Celebrity-Designed Loft
The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment was a standout â thanks in part to a dramatic redesign by celebrity interior designer Nate Berkus. The space featured high ceilings, Moroccan tile backsplashes, marble countertops, a spa-style bathroom, and a custom leather banquette dining nook.
De Armas first listed the home in August 2023 for $4.3 million, but lowered the price several times, to $3.99 million in March 2024. She then removed it from the market, only to relist it in February 2025, where it finally found a buyer.
From the City to the Forest: Life in Vermont
In late 2022, de Armas quietly traded city life for seclusion, purchasing a $7.2 million off-grid estate in Vermont. The sprawling 8,000-square-foot property includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, panoramic mountain views, a swimming pool, and wooded trails.
She negotiated the purchase down from its original $7.5 million asking price. While she has kept many of the estateâs features private, the actress has shared glimpses of the property on Instagram, including autumn leaves, a cozy fire pit, and sweeping vistas.
