Vanessa Hudgens has welcomed her first child with MLB star Cole Tucker.

The High School Musical star, 35, was pictured leaving a hospital in Santa Monica on Wednesday July 3 cradling her newborn with Cole following close behind.

The star announced her pregnancy on the 2024 Oscars red carpet in March looking super glamorous cradling her baby bump for photographers.

It also looks as though the little one arrived just in time for a very special day, as just 10 hours ago Vanessa shared a happy birthday post for Cole, who just turned 27.

Sharing a number of pictures of the pair over the years, she wrote: ‘Happy birthday to my slice of heaven @cotuck 🥳 you make the world a brighter place just by being you.’

Cole responded with a nod to their new arrival, as he said: ‘Dad gum thank you baby.’

A source confirmed the arrival to E! News while the Mail shared pictures of the new family leaving hospital, with Vanessa wearing a blue pajama top and black sweatpants, while Cole followed in a blue hoodie.

Vanessa and the baseball star got engaged in February 2023 after three years of dating and tied the knot last October.

The baby’s arrival date and gender have not been revealed.

Ahead of their wedding in October, Vanessa gave fans a glimpse into her bachelorette weekend on Instagram, revealing that she had jetted off to Aspen for a getaway with her pals.

In a montage video, she was seen excitedly opening a bottle of champagne, while sticking to all-white outfits during the trip.

‘The most iconic bachelorette weekend in Aspen thanks to my GIRLS and @airbnb,’ she captioned the upload. ‘Couldn’t ask for a more perfect home base.’

The pair exchanged their vows in a ceremony at the Azulik Hotel in Tulum, Mexico, in December.

Spilling the beans on their romantic getaway, Vanessa explained that she opted for a light ivory Vera Wang gown for the nuptials, complete with a personalised veil, with a message reading: ‘Mrs T December 2nd, 2023.’

She was joined at the altar by a selection of bridesmaids, including sister Stella Hudgens and her close pal, Sarah Hyland, with Jay Shetty officiating the service.

‘I literally keeled over when I saw Cole and had to take a big breath and had to force myself to keep walking because I could have dropped to the floor,’ she told Vogue Magazine. ‘It was genuinely the most magical weekend of my life.

‘I am so grateful that we got to have a private wedding, and it helped that I took everyone’s phones away. It was amazing because at the dinner, I would look around and everyone was talking to each other – our family and friend groups coming together and creating real relationships that I know they’re going to invest real time into.

‘Seeing that and bringing everyone together and celebrating us, it was just so magical. Literally talking about it right now, I’m getting teary-eyed. I couldn’t have dreamt it to be any better. I knew it was going to be magical, but it exceeded my expectations.’

In a very 2020 moment, Vanessa confirmed she and Cole met while taking part in a meditation group on Zoom after her split from Austin Butler.

Her and the Elvis actor were together for nine years.
