Filipino TikTok creator Emmanuelle “Emman” Atienza has passed away at age 19. Her mother, Felicia, confirmed the news in an Instagram statement shared on October 24 on behalf of the family. “It’s with deep sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our daughter and sister, Emman,” the message read. “She brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives and into the lives of everyone who knew her.”

Emman’s parents, television host Kim Atienza, businesswoman Felicia Hung, and her siblings, Jose and Eliana, signed the statement.

The family expressed how deeply Emman valued emotional openness. “Emman had a way of making people feel seen and heard, and she wasn’t afraid to share her own journey with mental health,” the tribute continued. “Her authenticity helped so many feel less alone.”

Emman had recently moved to Los Angeles from the Philippines earlier this year, according to Deadline. She died at her home in L.A., and her cause of death has not been publicly disclosed.

The influencer connected with hundreds of thousands of people online, sharing fashion, travel, personal growth, and mental health. She had more than 866,000 TikTok followers and over 44 million likes.

Her Instagram was filled with photos of her rock climbing, spending time with friends, and exploring new places.

Tributes began pouring in across social media. Filipino actress Andrea Brillantes commented, “Emman was such a ball of sunshine. My deepest condolences to you and your family. Sending you my prayers.”

Model and actress Heart Evangelista added, “She was pure. I’m so sorry.” Her agency, Sparkle GMA Artist Center, also shared a statement. “Our sincere condolences go out to her family and loved ones. She will always be remembered as a cherished member of the Sparkle and Status by the Sparkle family.”
