<p id=”par-1_53″>Ethan Plath has moved on. In the August 5 episode of <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/welcome-to-plathville/?swcfpc=1″><em>Welcome to Plathville</em></a><em>, </em>the 27-year-old introduced his new girlfriend, Teegan Nichols, to his family. It’s his first relationship since the end of <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/welcome-to-plathville-star-olivia-plath-accuses-ethan-plath-abuse.html/”>his marriage to Olivia Plath</a>, though he admits that he wasn’t looking for anything serious when he and Teegan met. </p>

<p id=”par-2_28″>“I was very reluctant to start dating,” Ethan explained in the latest episode of <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/veronica-olivia-villain-role-welcome-to-plathville-season-7-trailer.html/”>the TLC reality series</a>, adding that he felt “lost” after his breakup with Olivia. </p>
<p id=”par-3_11″>“Then, out of the blue, I found the one,” he said.</p>
<p id=”par-4_40″>Enter Teegan. She’s a 24-year-old from Wisconsin who connected with Ethan on social media. According to her <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/teegan.nichols/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a>, she grew up in Oshkosh, where she played volleyball in both high school and in college at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. </p>
<p id=”par-5_41″>“I posted a picture of me and my motorcycle and she, I guess, commented back or whatever, ‘It’s a nice motorcycle,” he shared. “And I looked at her profile and I was like, ‘Oh, dang. It it a very nice motorcycle.’”</p>
<p id=”par-6_26″>“I didn’t really think I would hear from him at all,” Teegan said. “But then I did and I was really caught off guard and excited.”</p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-teegan-has-a-daughter-from-a-previous-relationship”>Teegan has a daughter from a previous relationship</h2>
<p id=”par-7_48″>Ethan and Teegan have been dating for about 10 months, and things are already pretty serious. She’s a mom to a child from a previous relationship, and Ethan – whose <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/olivia-plath-confirms-quit-welcome-to-plathville-outgrown-it.html/”>divorce from Olivia</a> is not yet final – has embraced both her and her child with open arms. </p>
<p id=”par-8_41″>“I love being a mom. It’s the best thing I could have asked for. I’ve always wanted to be a mom,” she said. “Ethan does have a relationship with my child. I think Ethan will be a great dad one day.”</p>
<p id=”par-9_37″>“Teegan being a mother doesn’t bother me,” Ethan said. “I love kids. I want to have a big family … just seeing the joy [being a mom] brings to her, I see it as a good thing.”</p>
<p id=”par-10_9″>“I’m most definitely in love with Teegan,” he added. </p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-are-teegan-and-ethan-still-together”>Are Teegan and Ethan still together?</h2>
<p id=”par-11_47″>Ethan and Teegan are very much in their honeymoon phase in this episode of <em>Welcome to Plathville. </em>But did the relationship last? Neither has posted photos of the other on Instagram in recent months, but they are still following each other, and Ethan frequently likes her posts. </p>
<p id=”par-12_14″>In January, Ethan formally introduced his “sweet girlfriend” Teegan to his social media followers. </p>
<p id=”par-13_41″>“She truly is one of the sweetest, kindest, and patient people I’ve ever known! Looking forward to the next year and what it has to bring,” he wrote (via <a href=”https://people.com/ethan-plath-new-girlfriend-makes-welcome-to-plathville-debut-11785584″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>People</a>). “Wishing everyone a very happy new year! Here we go 2025!”</p>
<p id=”par-14_42″>That post and others featuring the couple have since been deleted. That might be a sign they’ve split up. Or it could be because they want to keep their relationship status under wraps while the new season of <em>Welcome to Plathville </em>airs. </p>
