Is Battlefield back? (EA)

If you’re planning to get Battlefield 6, you’ll want to know how much it costs and how you can best prepare for its release date.

After the tumultuous launch of 2021’s Battlefield 2042, EA has so far managed to get people excited for the series again with its next entry: Battlefield 6.

The general consensus appears to be that EA is saying all the right things, with fans happy with what they’ve seen and tried of the multiplayer so far. The open beta sessions proved very popular and some Call Of Duty fans are even being won over.

With the game’s release inching closer and closer, we’ve put together everything you need to know about Battlefield 6, in case you’ve only recently become interested in what the game has to offer.

What is the release date for Battlefield 6?

Battlefield 6 launches on Friday, October 10. You can start playing as early as 4pm BST in the UK.

Unlike EA Sports FC 26, there is no early access period, even if you pre-order. It’s not really clear why, but it may be because EA doesn’t want anyone getting an unfair head start in terms of progression.
