<p id=”par-2_89″><em>Eat Slay Love</em> has all of the ingredients for good reality TV. The dramatic women have a complex history with one another and an exotic setting to explore in Vietnam. As Nivea explains in the <a href=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPGXgxqiILY” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Peacock</a> trailer, they’ve got the funny one, London Hughes, and the fashionista, Tammy Rivera. They’ve got the <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/real-housewives-of-atlanta-star-eva-marcille-looks-different-new-york-fashion-week.html/”>emotional one, Eva Marcille</a>, and the crazy one, herself. The group hopes to get out of their comfort zone by flying across the world to Vietnam. There, they’ll experience spiritual awakenings and a lot of drama. </p>

<p id=”par-3_56″>On November 7, 2024, three of the cast members, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/former-rhoa-star-eva-marcille-details-falling-in-love-with-her-husband-michael-sterling.html/”>including Marcille</a>, Rivera, and Nivea, appeared on <em>Good Day New York</em> to promote <em>Eat Slay Love</em>. But Hughes was not among the women. Between this absence and the drama revealed in the Peacock <a href=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPGXgxqiILY” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>trailer</a>, fans wonder if the comedian had a falling out with the group. </p>

<p id=”par-4_74″>Viewers took to <a href=”https://www.reddit.com/r/BravoRealHousewives/comments/1glpoqm/eat_slay_love_official_trailer_peacock_original/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Reddit</a> to express their distate for Hughes. One commented, “I don’t like her. Seems fake,” and another wrote, “Hearing London say that shit about the US really rubbed me the wrong way. Like you are a guest on a trip with American women…maybe don’t continue to insult their home?” As Hughes seems to struggle with her <em>Eat Slay Love</em> costars, viewers want to know more about the polarizing British comedian. </p>

<p id=”par-5_88″>In 2020, Hughes experienced a breakout moment in her career when her stand-up special, <em>London Hughes: To Catch a D*ck</em>, premiered on Netflix. Before then, she’d written and acted in several TV series and shorts. One Redditor expressed her desire for the <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/comedian/?swcfpc=1″>comedian</a> to stay on the show, writing, “She’s the odd man out in several different ways (never married, no kids, different home culture, etc.), so I feel a little bit sad for her not being able to get her point across. Kelly</a>, and her collab with YoungbloodZ and Lil’ Jon” titled “Okay.”</p>
