Which HGTV Shows Are Coming Back in 2026?

<p id=”par-1_30″>Planning a new look for your home in 2026? HGTV will be serving up plenty of inspiration with a full slate of new and returning shows in the coming year. </p>

<p id=”par-2_54″>While the real estate and home design network <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/hgtv-cancellation-spree-shows-not-coming-back.html/”>canceled a string of shows</a> in 2025, including <em>Married to Real Estate, Bargain Block, </em>and <em>Farmhouse Fixer, </em>many other fan-favorite series will be returning in the coming year. Plus, several all-new shows are on the horizon. Here’s what we know so far about HGTV’s 2026 schedule. </p>

<p id=”par-3_34″>HGTV will kick off 2026 with new episodes of <em>Home Town. </em>Sixteen all-new episodes of the small-town home renovation show with <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/erin-napier-unsure-future-new-hgtv-show-devastating-fire.html/”>Ben and Erin Napier</a> begin airing Sunday, January 4, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. </p>

<p id=”par-4_31″>On January 7, Retta is back to showcase more questionable design choices in a new season of <em>Ugliest House in America. </em>Episodes air on Wednesdays at 8 and 8:30 p.m. ET/PT. </p>

<p id=”par-5_39″>Following <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/ugliest-house-in-america-rettas-shock-was-very-real-i-thought-it-was-going-to-be-old-lady-houses-exclusive.html/”><em>Ugliest House in America</em></a><em>, </em>viewers can tune in to more episode of <em>Cheap A$$ Beach Houses</em> starting at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The series, which premiered in late 2024, humorously shows how to own a slice of affordable paradise. </p>

<p id=”par-6_93″>HGTV will also continue to air new episodes of <em>Fixer to Fabulous </em>on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Plus, <em>Celebrity IOU </em>with Jonathan and Drew Scott airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT. This season features Ike Barinholtz, William Shatner, Mario Lopez, Eva Longoria, and John Stamos gifting home renovations to important people in their lives. The Scott brothers also star in a fresh season of <em>Don’t Hate Your House With the Property Brothers, </em>which premieres December 29. And new series <em>Junk or Jackpot? </em>with Bobby Berk airs Fridays at 9:30 p.m ET/PT. </p>

<p id=”par-7_74″>Of course, there are also network mainstays <em>House Hunters </em>and <em>House Hunters International, </em>with hundreds of new 30-minutes episodes set to air through 2026. Plus, Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa and Christina Haack will face off again in season 2 of <em>The Flip Off. </em>While a premiere date hasn’t been confirmed, new episodes will likely air in 2026. Viewers can also look forward to new seasons of <em>Zillow Gone Wild </em>and <em>Castle Impossible. </em></p>

<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-new-shows-coming-to-hgtv-in-2026-nbsp”>New shows coming to HGTV in 2026 </h2>

<p id=”par-8_9″>HGTV has also announced several new shows for 2026. </p>

<p id=”par-9_48″><em>Neighborhood Watch </em>premieres Wednesday, January 7 at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT. It reveals “the raw, unfiltered and sometimes shocking footage straight from security cameras, smart doorbells and nanny cams across America,” highlighting “the most embarrassing, hilarious, outrageous and downright bizarre moments caught on home surveillance video,” according to HGTV. </p>

<p id=”par-10_32″>Also on the horizon in early 2026 is <em>Wild Vacation Rentals. </em>It follows <em>Nobody Wants This </em>stars and comedians Sherry Cola and D’Arcy Carden as they embark on an epic girls’ trip to visit America’s extraordinary vacation homes.</p>

<p id=”par-11_52″>In addition, next year brings the premiere of new house-hunting series <em>World’s Bargain Dream Home. </em>Each of the 12 episodes “follow people brave enough to purchase the world’s most affordable properties that also happen to be stunning, turnkey <em>and</em> in desirable locations around the globe, many of which offer incredible cost-saving incentives.”</p>

<p id=”par-12_44″>Drew and Jonathan Scott are also expanding their HGTV footprint with a new show, <em>Property Brothers: Under Pressure. </em>In the 14-episode show, the twins work with wary buyers grappling with commitment issues as they deal with the highs and lows of buying a home. </p>
