It’s finally here, Glastonbury Festival 2024 has begun as the gates to Worthy Farm open to 210,000 people.

The five-day event in Somerset is the biggest festival in the UK, bringing in huge global acts with over 3,000 stages and bars on the sprawling city-sized site.

This year the Pyramid Stage will host headliners Dua Lipa, Coldplay, and Sza, with the legends slot taken up by none other than Shania Twain.

Across the weekend there are heaps of 00s icons like The Feeling, Scouting For Girls, and Avril Lavigne as well as British newcomers Caity Baser and Baby Queen.

While Wednesday, June 26, marks the start of the 54th festival, there are no performers taking to the major stages today.

Instead, the day is for settling in and getting your bearings before things begin to heat up on Thursday – but there are some DJ sets.
