‘Young Sheldon’ Actor Montana Jordan Ties the Knot with Jenna Weeks in ‘Classic Cowboy’ Wedding

Montana Jordan, star of “Young Sheldon” and its spinoff  “Georgia & Mandy’s First Marriage” tied the knot with Jenna Weeks on June 21.

The couple exchanged vows during a small ceremony at Dove Hollow Estate in Longview, Texas. The theme of the wedding was “classic cowboy,” and Weeks told People, “We wanted something that said country but elegant.” 

Jordan and Weeks, who both hail from Texas, were celebrated by 200 guests including Jordan’s co-stars Emily Osment, Rachel Bay Jones, Will Sasso, Jessie Prez and Raegan Revord. While Weeks took the reins in planning the big day, Jordan had one important request. “I didn’t have any must-haves other than having our families celebrate with us,” he shared.

The Couple Honored Their Christian Faith

The young couple celebrated their Christian faith during their nuptials, taking communion in an expression of “gratitude to Jesus.” The ceremony was officiated by Jordan and Weeks’ pastor, and the bride walked down the aisle to a violin cover of CeCe Winan’s song “Goodness of God.”

Jordan expressed a sweet sentiment about his thoughts on marriage, telling People, “It means through thick and thin, she is the one till death do us part.” The 22-year-old actor added, “And you know what, I might even look around for her after that in heaven.”

Weeks shared her thoughts as well, explaining, “What getting married means to me is dedicating your life to this person, promising to always be there, to love unconditionally and without hesitation.”

A Traditional Wedding With a Country Vibe

The bride was stunning in a Valentini dress that she said made her “feel like a real-life princess.” When it was time to dance, Weeks changed into a shorter frock. 

Jordan wore a cowboy hat throughout the ceremony and later changed into what he described as “a pair of Wranglers, pearl snap shirt and cowboy boots that have seen better days.”

Jordan and Weeks shared their first dance as a married couple to the tune of Chris Stapleton’s “Tennessee Whiskey,” and the dinner served was inspired by southern comfort food.

Jordan and Weeks’ Relationship Timeline

The couple met at age 18 when their families ended up next to each other at a Cody Johnson concert. They fell in love and in 2024 they welcomed their daughter, Emma Rae Jordan. “God has blessed me with a beautiful babygirl,” Jordan captioned an adorable Instagram post sharing the news. “Emma Rae Jordan, Momma and Daddy love you.”

In January of 2025, the couple announced their engagement, with Jordan taking to Instagram again posting a series of photos depicting the proposal. Rose petals blanketed the ground around a lit-up sign reading “Marry Me.” Jordan’s TV brother Iain Armitage commented on the post saying, “This is so wonderful and I’m so happy for you!!”
