A 14-year-old boy walked in to a hospital Wednesday night after being shot in a drive-by Tuesday evening in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood.
Around 6 p.m., the teen was standing outside in the 800 block of West 87th Street when a vehicle passed by and someone inside opened fire, Chicago police.
The boy was struck in the left shoulder and walked into Comer Children’s Hospital, where he was in fair condition, police said.
No one was in custody and Area 2 detectives are investigating.
