A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed Friday afternoon in Little Italy, according to police.
Someone fired shots from a car that pulled next to the boy around 4:15 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Grenshaw Street, Chicago police said in a statement.
The teen was struck in his chest and leg, police said. He was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, where he was pronounced dead.
