Two men were fatally shot Friday evening inside an apartment building in the city’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood, Chicago police said.
One of the men, who was shot in the head, was found about 7:45 p.m., inside an apartment in the 900 block of West 85th Street, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second man was found in an alley near the building, and he had a gunshot wound to the body, the police said. He was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Both were believed to have been shot inside the apartment, police said. No one was in custody and the investigation continued.
