Two men have been charged with carjacking a woman at gunpoint Friday afternoon in Grand Boulevard.
Alphanso Talley and Donvon McClary took a car from a 25-year-old woman about 2:40 p.m. in the 4700 block of South Calumet Avenue, Chicago police said.
About 30 minutes after the carjacking, Talley, 25, was arrested in the 6500 block of South Bishop Street and McClary, 21, was taken into custody in the 5900 block of South May Street, police said.
Both men are charged with two felony counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking and armed robbery. McClary faces an additional felony count of unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Talley is also charged with misdemeanor driving without a license.
The two men were ordered held in custody following their initial court hearings Sunday. Their next court dates are Friday.
