Three people were injured in less than 12 hours in shootings across Denver, police said Wednesday.
Officers responded to the first shooting in the 2300 block of South Sherman Street at about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to an email from an unidentified spokesperson for the Denver Police Department. That’s near Harvard Gulch Park in Denver’s Rosedale neighborhood.
Paramedics took one victim to the hospital with unknown injuries, police said.
The second shooting happened at about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 4600 block of West 46th Avenue, just south of Berkeley Lake in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood, police said.
Police said the victim is expected to survive.
Officers responded to the third shooting at about 1:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 5900 block of North Dunkirk Street, near Denver International Airport. That block is on the edge of Denver and east of Peña Boulevard.
No suspects had been publicly identified or arrests made in any of the three shootings as of Wednesday afternoon.
The three victims’ ages and genders were not available, and the circumstances leading up to each remain under investigation, police said.
