Three people were killed early Friday, June 28, in Monterey Park when a SUV ran into a tree, authorities said.
One victim was ejected was found on the roof of a nearby residence, NBC 4 reported.

Monterey Park police officers responded to East Graves Avenue and Cecil Street just after 12:30 a.m. The SUV, which struck the tree, also hit three other vehicles and rolled over onto its roof.
Two people, including a 7-year-old, were hospitalized in unknown conditions.
NBC 4 also reported police said the driver had been speeding.
