Four people were robbed at gunpoint in about a half an hour late Monday night and early Tuesday on the North Side.
Most recently, two gunmen in a white SUV approached a 20-year-old man around 12:05 a.m. in the 2300 block of North Sheffield Avenue and took his belongings at gunpoint before fleeing the scene, Chicago police said.
A 21-year-old woman was walking in the 700 block of North Roscoe Street roughly 15 minutes earlier when two gunmen robbed her at gunpoint and fled in a vehicle, officials said.
Around 11:45 p.m., a 23-year-old woman was walking in the 2800 block of North Pine Grove when two robbers took her things at gunpoint and fled in a white SUV, police said.
The first robbery happened around 11:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of North Broadway when a 47-year-woman had her belongings taken by two male attackers, authorities said.
It’s not immediately known whether the robberies are connected, police said.
No injuries were reported and no one was in custody in any of the incidents.
