A number of adaptations of “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” Manuel Puig’s popular 1976 novel, have come to the stage and screen. A new film version by Bill Condon (“Chicago,” “Gods and Monsters”) hits theaters this weekend. It’s not exactly a masterpiece, but it’s never dull.
