A food hall in a south Denver office and entertainment hub is trying it all over again.
After launching in 2020 during a booming era for food halls and struggling to secure vendors, Junction Food & Drink at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. is under new management this year, according to its owners. Its ten stalls are occupied by food vendors representing a wide array of cuisines and are within walking distance of a Dave & Buster’s arcade, an IMAX movie theater and the RTD light rail’s Colorado Station.
FireTen Hospitality, a national company that specializes in managing food halls, is listed as Junction’s management on its website and in an online job posting. The food hall and office and entertainment park, named the Colorado Center, are owned by ASB Real Estate Investments and Lincoln Property Company, according to Junction’s website.
The ten vendors are:
- Bowl’d Masala, a fast-casual Indian restaurant chain
- Confetti Confections, an ice-cream shop
- Ebiso Ramen & Sushi, a counter run by former Sushi Den head chef Soon Choi
- Junction Bar, a cocktail and wine bar
- Just Kool Jamaican Kitchen, a local Caribbean food shop
- Lazo Empanadas, a Colorado-based empanada bakery
- Lulala, a local bagel shop and Latin cafe
- Pizza and Pide, a local Turkish and Mediterranean food shop
- Riot, a burger-and-shake stand
- Sonder Coffee & Tea
Junction is celebrating its revamped food hall with three days of festivities, including kid-themed Halloween events and selections from local DJs, starting Friday. Junction Bar has new happy hour specials and programming scheduled for the year, including trivia on Tuesdays and live performances on Fridays, according to its website.
Before FireTen Hospitality emerged as the food hall’s new management group, Junction was run by the Dallas-based National Food Hall Solutions.
