Adaptive sports festival held in Pasadena despite inclement weather

For the seventh year, Pasadena hosted an adaptive sports festival for participants of all abilities.

This year organizers adjusted to the anticipated inclement weather and held the day-long festival indoors at the Villa Parke Community Center. That did mean an adjustment to the sports on offer but still included rugby, pickleball, tennis, boccia, boxing, power soccer and fencing.

Pasadena partnered with the Triumph Foundation to put on the free event. The Triumph Foundation helps children and adults with Spinal Cord Injury/Disorder.
